Join the Children’s Hospital of Illinois, Illinois Neurological Institute, Professional Therapy Services, and Rock Valley Physical Therapy to raise awareness and encourage the community to make a commitment to be physically active!
This event will take place at Five Points in Washington on October 31, 2015.
Proceeds will directly benefit the Washington Schools (50, 51, 52, and St. Pat's) by funding a reading inititive targeted at elementary students and their parents.
Did you know that over 90% of our race proceeds are given directly to the Washington elementary schools?  This is the 3rd year of the Halloween Hobble, and over the past two years, we have invested nearly $12,000 in the schools to fund a reading initiative.

Are you unable to make it to the event?  Here’s your opportunity to support a great cause.

Please consider joining us as a “Ghost Runner” for our Virtual Run.  How it works:  Click the registration link on the web page and select the “Ghost Runner” option.  On October 31st, “run” your race!  You can walk, jog, skip, or run the distance of your choice.  You can complete your “race” at the gym on a treadmill, a practice run in town, a stroll in the park, or another local racing event.  We believe in the honor system so no proof is required for your race, but it would be awesome if you could upload pictures and tell us about your experience on our Facebook page.  All Ghost Race participants will receive the official race tee and a finisher’s award in the mail 2 weeks after the event.
